Building new computer
My computer finally broke down and I haven't built a computer for about 5-7 years. I'm sure lots of things have changed in that time and I've lost track of what's good and what's not. I don't really have a budget limit and so far this is what I've come up with:

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R
Intel Core 2 Duo E6850 3.0ghz 1333FSB 1333/4 = 333
Corsair XMS2 2x1gb Pc2-5400 DDR2-667 CL 4-4-4-12 667/2 = 333
Corsair CMPSU-620Hx 620W
Evga 8800 Ultra
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500gb sata
Pioneer DVR-212D
Antec P182 ATX Black Mid Tower Case
Scythe Ninja fan heatsink
Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound

Am I missing anything and is there any compatibility issues with the current items. I'm open for suggestions and feedback. It's about 2100CAD for these components.

Wow,
Preatty nice system you got there
Its seem compatible
Might want to go with ddr2 800 (6400)
Mabey ten or twenty bucks more but it will sure help out the sreamin fast prossesor of yours. With that cooler and ram you will be able to overclock like crazy.
I am a big fan of Gigabyte!!!
Good luck with your build!

Wouldn't that break the 1:1 ram/fsb ratio.
