building a new desktop.
hi, i was about to sell my computer, and make a new one from scratch.

i need to know HOW to buy correctly.

for instance, i need EVERYTHING.

i need to get a tower, i want a nice sleek looking see through one (sides see through) with 3 slots for cd drives.

and i need to know what kind of motherboards i can get.... i wanted that Intel Core 2 Duo or maybe even a quad core.

max 4 gigs ram. ethernet etc etc.

latest greatest graphics/sound card. any ideas? can someone throw a bunch of setups at me?

cuz i know i have a dell right now, and not all motherboards can fit into the same case. soo thats my main problem. thanks in advance

well i was trying to spend at the most 800. but in the end come out with a computer that would cost 1500 for someone to build for me.

ive never actually built a computer from scratch, but i have installed everything else individually.

like ram, motherboards, graphics cards sound cards hard drives, etc..

just not everything at the same time.

anyone have a website that has all that stuff already figured out, maybe like a flash site where i can pick a case, and hd, and motherboard, etc. and it will tell me what i need exactly?
