Solved: Installing An External HD
Hi, Merry Christmas everyone!. I just got a new external hard drive for Christmas but i don't know how to install it. It comes with a usb cord and an adapter. I plugged both of them in. When I plugged them in a thing popped up down by my clock and said my new hardware in installed and ready to use but when i go to my computer, i don't see the drive there. D is my dvd burner and when i click on E or F they tell me to insert a disk. The hd I got is a 320 GB digital research. It didn't come with any instructions and I can't find them online. I bought it at Best Buy. Any help would be appreciated, thank you very much.
