I am currently running on 4gb (3.5gb on XP) of Kingston 677mhz RAM.

Theres a deal on Corsair XMS 2gb 800mhz RAM. Is the trade off of 1.5gb of RAM worth the 133mhz increase?

Well, since it's doubtful that you use more than 2gigs for 99% of your processing, it might be. OTOH, if you actually truly utilize the full 3.5gigs of memory for something like a CAD program, I'd lean to the additional memory. Of course, you're not going to be able to see the difference, since most accesses are cached, so I doubt it's worth the effort.
