Pocket radio antenna
My wife has a small pocket AM/FM/Weather Radio of which she is very fond. When we lived in NY reception was fine, but now we are in Williamsburg, VA and radio reception
stinks. It has a "pig tail ' antenna with a 1/8 stereo jack. I tried Radio Shack to findt a better antenna. His only suggestion was to install one on my roof. ( which would cut down on the portability of the radio.)

If anyone has a better suggestion I would appreciate it very much. A happy wife is a good thing.

Lew

Thanks, John, but she has an I-Pod. She wants to get the baseball games and the weather,

Other than using a longer antenna, there isn't much else you can do. If the signals are really weak, you may be out of luck with the radio there.
