Smile USB stick not recognised
Hello Everyone,

Until recently my Equium laptop, which uses widows vista happily recognised my usb sticks... all of them but now nothing. All I get is USB device not recognised.

I've gone into the other threads and had a look at the device manager for usbs and to the untrained eye it looks fine; there are no yellow things shown.

As I am quite a novice with problem solving I would be grateful for any help or advice you can give.

If you require more system information please ask.

Thank you for your kindness

Regards

Grace
