Experience is the best teacher. People who offer help here, do so based on their experiences. No one person knows everything, and the knowledge doesn't come from a book.

It takes time. If it were possible to learn everything imaginable about a computer through a couple of books, websites, or videos, there would be no need for support forums, colleges, or professional techs.

Your initial question is simply too general. What do you want to learn about? Windows? What version? Hardware? What hardware? There are thousands of topics.

Troubleshooting what? You can't go from Beginner to Tech Genius with a book and a website. Learning takes time. I think you're looking for something that just doesn't exist.

I am learning daily since 1992, on my own. Reading a lot and for programs always read the HELP files.
As DoubleHelix says, it is endless learning because so much is changing so fast, no one person is capable to know everything.

Read through the subjects on this sites and find out what you are really interested in. Ask questions.

good luck!

you can mark it "solved"
or,
if after certain days, there is no more posts, it will be closed and you can start with a new question
