Help regardign microphone.

Dear All,

I am using my microphone for online voice chatting. While voice chatting i can only listen others but what i speak they can not listen.

With the same microphone i can listen songs . But online i can lesten ony others but they can't listen me.

Please assist how can solve this issue.
