Moto q9c help
Hello! I am currently running Windows7, And I need some help.

I have Windows Mobile Device Center installed (Since ActiveSync is only for xp or lower.) And I seem to have trouble. When I connect the phone to my computer, On my phones activesync program, it says Im connected to it. But when I open the mobile device center, it says nothing is connected. BUT. When I go into connection settings, it says my device IS connected. This is SO confusing. I tried pressing the sync button, on my phone. But it does nothing. Im brand new to the phone (got it yesterday) but I learn quickly. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.
