How do I convert a %random% to a char character in dos?
I need to be able to produce random letters and spaces in a batch file. Is there a way to convert a %random% number in dos into a single letter? Also is there a way to convert %random% into a random amount of blank spaces?
This is what I need (end result):
w e 2 v ? 2 = 3 2 3 2 l f n 3 9 b v | - = 89 g

Or something like that.

I believe there was something to that affect posted a couple of months ago by scrfix. Search for all his posts in the dos category or it may have been in the software development category.
