Problems Installing Netscape 7.0

I have a G3 running 8.1 and I don't have a web browser installed on the computer. I tried using another machine, going to the website, and burning a copy of netscape 6.0 but when I then go back to the machine to install, I see the file, I double-click, and get the message, "There were no applets on the page 'file:///New/NSSETUP.EXE'.

What should I do?
