How do you propose to connect, is the first question.

I have a Toshiba PDA running Windows 2002.
It will accept a CF Modem (CompactFlash slot type II modem)
It will also connect while docked to its USB connection, and access the DSL on my network
It would probably connect if I used a bluetooth CF adapter.
It would connect using IR beam to my cellphone (and I use that for mobile e-mail)

So the answer is yes, but depends where you want to connect, and how you want to connect.
