Description: When trying to connect to some secure sites, a user may get the following error:
"An error occurred in the secure channel support."

System Requirements
Supported Operating Systems: Windows CE

- Windows CE 3.0 Platform Builder
- 5 MB of disk space required to download, install, and operate per processor
