xcopy
using win98SE. how could i use xcopy with the bootdisk. the computer does not seem to have it install. can't load windows so can't install it that way if possible.

Boot to the boot disk and from the A: prompt type PATH=a:\;c:\windows\command;c:\windows\system;c:\windows\system32; (press enter)

Then you should be able to use all the commands that the a: and c: drives have.

Hot tip...Place that line in the autoexec.bat file of the boot disk and you won't have to type it but once.

It's installed, it's xcopy32 in the C:\windows\command directory. Just copy it to your boot disk.
