Activesync 3.7 Add/Remove Menu
I'm new to your site, and I browsed previous postings to see if someone else has the same issue. I have a IPAQ 3970 and have not had too many issues with syncing it until recently. When I click on on the Options menu and select Add/Remove program, the menu flashes for a second, but then never comes up; so now I can't add programs to my pda. I haven't added any new programs that I can recall. This has just started within the last three weeks. I did download and install 3.7.1, and I was able to get the Add/Remove menu one time - after that it will not come up. All other features in Activesync work fine.

The only other time I've had this type of problem (with clicking on a menu and not having it come up was about 6 months ago, when a Install Wizard for some program wouldn't come up)

My computer is PIII 733, 640 ram, Geforce 5200, running Windows XP.
Thank you for any guidance
