Microsoft XP e-mail trouble
I purchased a new computer 6 months ago, it came with a free trial for Microsoft XP 2003. The free trial just expired, and I did not want to purchase XP 2003, because I already have XP 2002. Anyway, I installed the 2002, and everything is working well, except, I cannot get into Microsoft Outlook, which is where my work e-mail goes through. Something pops up telling me to try again later, then it asks me if I want to use my default, when I click yes, it says I have to install XP 2003. Is there a way I can make this work? If not can I uninstall 2002, and be able to access my e-mail again? Thanks in advance for your help, I really appreciate it.

I can't help with this, except to say...........try Mozilla's browser with it's built in mail. That's what I use, and I like it a lot. Browser is much faster than IE, and has a built in pop up blocker that is fantastic! Plus, getting away from Outlook, also means that you shouldn't have to worry as much about virus'..........

There may be a patch at Microsoft's web site to fix what you are experiencing.
Good luck!
