Without more info (what OS? network printer? are there other print problems?) its hard to say. You might check and see if there are new drivers available and update those.

operating system windows 98
yes its a network printer
no problem >in word or excel nor on other pc"s printing is ok

just in out look express all the left character in 1 st margin is mising
i tried in microsoft out look problem is the same

plz help

SOLUTION:

You have to set the margins in IE (archive - page setup) and will change automatically for OE too
