Exclamation wiped out
I am trying to boot a 80386sx but I get these error messages:
1 Diskette Drive Error
2 Diskette Drive Type Mismatch
3 Equipment Configuration Error
4 Serial 2 conflict,Disable On-Board Serial 2
5 Memory Size Mismatch
Do I have to change hardware connections,or should a boot disk fix the problem?

It sounds like the motherboard cmos battery has gone dead and needs replacing. Once you replace the battery you need to go into the bios. Sometimes the screen of some computers will tell you what keys to press when a system is booting up to get into the bios. Once in set the date and time, set the correct floppy disk type, and disable the motherboards serial 2 (COM2) port. BOL
