I have a MAC OS 10.3.4 and I use Microsoft Entourage for my e-mail. Everything was working fine until recently. Now I can send mail but I do not receive any. There are no error messages. When I click on my "Mail" icon, it shows the messages have downloaded here instead. I checked my preferences and it shows Microsoft Entourage as my default client! Any ideas what is happening?

In Entourage:

Under Tools/Accounts, do you have all the information correct? Under the "Mail" tab, click the account you are having problems with then click EDIT. Under "Account Settings", make sure your information is correct for "Receiving mail" (Account ID, POP Server & Password).

Do you regularly use both Entourage and Mail? Also - what version of Entourage do you use (Entourage/About Entourage)?

I have checked all settings and everything is accurate. I only use the regular Entourage program
