I have an Epsom 1520 color printer with RIP software. I have had the software for some time, but for no reason (suddenly) it will stop working properly, and I have to reinstall it to print postscript, as it is supposed to do. Any solutions?

I just had this problem yesterday...In my case it appears to be a software issue. Epson suggested downloading updated software for the printer. I'm not farmiliar with the 1520 but I know that some Epson printers did not come equipped to print post script. I would check with Epson.

I have contacted Epsom, but their response was that they only know answers about the printer. They did not know about the software. ??? Bottom line is I have to reinstall the software when it happens. My brother is a MAC techhead and has tried to help me in the past.I will try to update my software, but I am very frustrated with Epsom's lack of technical support.
