Acer N30 and GlobalSat SD501 help.
Hi,

I have an Acer N30 pda. I have just flashed it to the latest OS (Microsoft Mobile Pocket PC 2003) and drivers from the Acer website.

I have a GlobalSat SD501, which is an SDIO GPS Device. I have installed the correct driver for this device and my pda from their website.

This product requires support for SDIO Now!, which according to the Acer website is supported by my pda.

When I run GPS Info, Mapopolis or any other GPS application, it picks up the device on a com port, no no GPS information is recieved.

I know the GPS device works as it has been used with another pda. The GlobalSat Website states that their product has been tested and validated to work with the Acer N30.

I am at my wits end.

Any help will be gratefully recieved.
