Have a look at the CD or the box that the software came in. Chances are it says something about PC, IBM Compatible, or Windows. If it doesn't mention Mac, it won't work. For some software, you can buy either the Mac or Windows version. However, there are a few that give you both version when you buy the product, although I'm not certain as to if the particular ones you listed do.

The Cross-Compatability Issue
Actually, I have a Mac and a PC, and although though some apps are cross-compatible, The Apps that you mention in your thread are unfortunately not...But, you could always go with Virtual PC: http://www.connectix.com and check it out until you can get the apps for Mac platform

Cross Grades
you can cross-grade many programs as a registered user. this means you can purchase as an upgrade to your existing software, the next version of that title for the other platform.
