Hi, experts! Here I am with a new Palm LifeDrive and I've bought a Tmobile contract for all it's hotspots. I was able to log onto the Tmobile account in Starbucks, the signal quality was very good. But, once I was connected and opened the Palm browser, "Blazer", it wouldn't go to any website. I tried the most reliable ones I know, no luck. You know you're in trouble when you can't get to Amazon, LOL. I read the manual for LifeDrive about using the browser, it's obvious no such problem was anticipated. I did try to download some file that wanted "in" once I was connected by Tmobile, it came up so suddenly and I just responded, once an alert told me that my device wasn't designed to use the file, that it would be OK to download it to my SD card. I'm pretty sure that couldn't be the problem. The LifeDrive is designed to browse. I must have overlooked some setting, I guess. So, I've tried reaching support at both Palm and Tmobile, I haven't heard back from them, I guess ten million other people with the same problem managed to email before I did. I'm turning to you, who have pulled me out of so many ditches I can't even remember them all. I'm very grateful for any ideas you can give me. Shoshana
