My boss has a Macinsosh OS 9 with AOL 5 and would like to know how to transfer his email address book to another computer with the same setup. Is there a specific file that he needs to save to disk and transfer to a specific place on the new system, is there a backup feature he can use to transfer the address book? I'm not much of a Mac person, but since I'm the computer guy at work I get the job of trying to get the solution to this.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
