Can anyone tell me the Windows default size of the Recycle Bin. Is is 10% ?

I've heard that the biggest you can actually go on a recycle bin is 4 G's period. I can't back that up because I cannot recall who I heard that from.

But - it can be tested! That would mean a 40 G HDD would get 4 G's of Recycle at 10% before it would start auto-deleting.

Somebody out there should test this theory
