Blackberry want to have the redirector start minimized.
I have a coworker that uses a blackberry with a the redirector in startup. When he turn on the PC in the middle of his screen he gets a huge status window. Is there any way to make this start up minimized into the system tray only? I checked the Desktop manager and redirectors settings and I see nothing. I have minimized it and rebooted hoping it would remeber last position but that didn't help. Browsing the web has not helped either...

He is using versions 4.0.X of the desktop software and 3.6 of the redirector if the version numbers matter.

Minimized Redirector
What I did is change the shortcut on the all users desktop, set it to start minimized, then changed the "Run" registry setting to open the link rather than the executable directly.

Hope that helps.
