Outlook vs. Nice office My boss won a Blackberry in a company contest and the company has purchased a multi-user license of Nice Office for everyone to use. The selling point is that I can book an appointment for her while she is in the field without having to check and make sure she hasn't scheduled a conflicting appointment without my knowing. Also that I will have access to all of her contacts even if I am away from the office, which is helpful because I work from home half the time.
The questions I have for anyone familiar with Nice Office is... Is there ever a problem with the site being down or unavailable? Aside from the convenience of remote access, is there anything Nice Office has to offer that Outlook 2003 does not?
The other question I have is, am I just paranoid that the thought of storing contact information on a third party website creeps me out? In some cases we have home address and family info for some of our important contacts. Like spouses name, childrens' names, etc.
Any input is appreciated. |
