Does anyone here have a O2 XDA II PDA?

If so are you in the US and how did you get one.

Next question is. Can I go to Cingular and have them put a chip in for it to work as a cell phone? And it looks to me like it has built in WiFi?

You should call Cingular and ask them about compatibility. This is a regional question. You need to talk to a local rep.
