drive C and D are the same and need to be one

Ok friends computer. I'm trying to fix, the problem is there's a C and D drive that are sharing C's information how do I make these 2 drives one again? the drive that's suppose to be D is labeled E I can work around that but it's claiming not enough memory to do anything but there is it's just between 2 drives instead of just one. HELP!!!!

do you need to save the data on these drives.
How many hard drives in the machine 1/2/3 ?????

If you run fdisk, choose option 4, what does it say about the partitions. Please post all the information for all partitions. Including logical if they exist which it sounds like they do

Angry never mind
Thanks anyway but I don't need helpn anymore I had a friend who does internal work on computers take a look to find out what the computer had and he said that someone put windows on then removed updated cards and put in ones that didn't belong so that's why it won't work. I returned it to my friend and told her it was junk. Thanks for your willingness to help *S*
