Question msn companion
does anyone else have this,or have previous experience with this or any other type of "internet appliance"? the name above refers to both the os and the machine itself i'm told. i'm totally new at this and have had more problems than i can count. i fear signing up for this device may be the worst mistake i ever made. any help or advice would be sincerely appreciated.

Hi Glenn, Thanks for your prompt reply. However, I'm just a little curious about something--the "info shet" to which you made reference--would that be a Shetland Sheepdog or a Shetland pony? Juuust kidding. Seriously though, I did get some very potentially helpful facts. Of course, totally opposite from what the numbskulls at MSN tech support line had previously told me. Don't they read their own fact sheets? I'm so glad I found this site. Again, Glenn, my sincere thanks. If I could figure out how to move over a couple of those smilies I would. Also, I'm still hoping to find a fellow sufferer who actually has one of these devices or a similar device without all the headaches of this one. If I weren't so frustrated by it, I would be rofl at their claims of simplicity and ease of use--"Caveat emptor"
