Probably your video memory. Was the game intended to be played on a MAC?

What kind of MAC is it? What kind of memory did you put in? Perhaps you put in PC66 into a G4? Also, Ctrl+click on the application and go to Get Info. Click on the general pull down tab and click on memory. Try upping the minimum and prefered. Try going up about 1/3 at a time. If that doesnt help, enable VM. If VM is enabled, try disabling it, or increasing it.
