Looking for a palm piot or program that will read Microsoft Works database files ?

I have A friend that is Looking for some sort of handheld that can read Microsoft Works Database files. Was wondering if hp or some thing running windows would work better than palm OS or if there was a program that for palm that reads Works (ie. dataviz docs to go) ?
