problem with ipod and windows 2000
My daughter just bought an Apple ipod. Her OS is windows 2000 and as instructed by Itunes I did an update, installed SP4 for her.
She has a cd with a heap of mp3's on it, but when she puts the cd in her computer Itunes doesnt seem to "see" it at all...we tried everything.

I brought her ipod and the cd home, installed Itunes and tried it on my own computer (XP pro).
There was absolutely no problem at all, it recognised, converted, and generally "did its thing" without a problem.

Can anybody help with this please ???
