Question interface board or cdrom drive not ready
I'm trying to install a cdrom in a 486 with dos installed. I have put the right commands in autoexec.bat and config.sys for the cdrom drivers but get a error message saying"INTERFACE BOARD OR CDROM DRIVE IS NOT READY"

What OS?

If it's DOS or Win 3x you'll have to load CDROM
drivers from config.sys and MSCDEX from the
autoexec.bat file...
