software older sony clie
Hello, I have been left an older Sony Clie PEG-SJ30.
I bought a charger/usb cable from cellphones and it is fully charged.
I don't know what to do. It seems as though there is some software for my pc that goes with this unit as well as a memeory stick.

Do I need the software to use the PDA in an of itself?
Where can I find the matching memory stick?

I have come to TSG first as I usually get the questions answered with out surfing in circles.
I hope some one will advise.,

"Memory Stick" is Sony's proprietary flash storage technology. You only need a memory stick for the device if you've filled up the internal or memory or want to add extra storage. This device won't recognize the large 1GB or 2GB sized memory sticks. You'd have to find something considerably smaller on the secondary market. Before spending any more money, you might want to spend some time using the device to see if it does what you want it to do.

Very good answer. I have had a little trouble finding out how the thing opperates. I was searching for a manual. For example I would rather use the keyboard function but am not able to access it.
I was hoping for an interface with my MS Outlook but have giveing up on that.
But, I will pull it out and keep trying.
I really appreceiate the responce
