I have word perfect 7 on a sco openserver 5 box. I was wondering if anyone knows the command to print from a command prompt?

DOS printing
My memory of DOS commands is more than a little rusty, but I might be able to get you part way there. Try something like this:

***** > prn

I don't remember what my *'s represent for document printing but this command will (should) direct it to the printer. For example:
DIR > PRN
will print a directory. Fool around with this, you might come up with something.
Good Luck.

Hmm.

I thought it was:

prn filename.ext: lpt1

or something like that. Stu, I've moved this to the DOS forum.

Print from DOS
I think you're definitely on the right track. As I recall, "> prn" is a command to direct the first part of the command to printer; you might fiddle with this combined with your previous attempts.

I am not sure if these commands will help.
I am running Sco Openserver 5 which is a Unix operating system.
