Lets say i was using a DS R4 chip and wanted cheats. E.g. i Plug it in my computer and want to put on Poke'mon cheats for a friend. i did it on cheat editor and followed the online derictions. I copyed the ending (_ _ _ _ _ .Cht) but kept on changing the program to a video file automatically (NERO) but I need DOS to change it. need more?

You can't download a version of MS-DOS. You do have the cmd line which is just like DOS.

I assume you're talking about some video game cheat. Beyond that, you'll have to be more specific as to exactly what you're trying to do. Your post is very difficult to understand.
