lmore,
your other post is about this problem is in the correct forum,
http://forums.techguy.org/malware-re...g-slowing.html

however, it is against the forum guidelines to post the same thing in more than one forum,
Multiple Postings
so just continue with your other thread,
be somewhat patient as they are quite busy - and there are only so many malware experts

note: if after a day or so, you have had no response - just write 'bump' in a post to bring it back up

while you are waiting, you might download and run this program - [they will ask you to do that anyway]
TrendMicro HijackThis
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en...ols/hijackthis

then click on the button:
'do a system scan and save a logfile'

DO NOT CLICK ON FIXING ANYTHING WITH THE PROGRAM
[most of the info there-in is harmless]

save the logfile to your desktop - [or somewhere convenient to remember]
then COPY that logfile and paste it into a post in your other thread so that one of the forum's certified malware experts there can take a look at it and give you some valid suggestions -AND- if you DO have a virus, - [spyware, malware, whatever], help you clean it up

[i will request a moderator to close this thread for you]

thank you for understanding

Closing duplicate, please don't post multiple threads for the same issue.
