Windows 98 Error
HI i have an old windows 98 compaq presario and i havent used it in a while. and my friend gave me a newer XP based computer im not sure which i junked the cpu after stripping all the drives and whatnot out... but to the point i put its hardrive in my older computer and it just started over heating and shut down. after i took it out and put the old hardrive in i plugged the NEWER monitor it is a Model 9512_AB1 IBM flat screen monitor from the XP based computer.... when i plug it up and run the old computer i get a device not found press any key to continue error. i would THINK this is because i dont have the drivers or something for it. thanks if u help

You can go to the IBM site and try to find drivers for Windows 98. You can also become a member of driversguide.com to find some more obscure drivers for some things. They may not have written them to support that monitor.
