Well guys I am having another problem, with my computer.
I have recently deleted my Norton antivirus, cause I couldn't get anymore updates, and I also removed ZoneAlarm and reintalled ,
the on my boyfriend had on his which is a way earlier verson than I had on here. And I downloaded McAfee antivirus, and now my email is like snailmail, opening and downloading my email. Andyone have any ideas?

I hope you removed Norton and not deleted it? Also, did you reboot after that and before installing McAfee? This file might be your problem: Imagehlp.dll

Try this. Use SFC to extract a fresh copy of
Imagehlp.dll
to C:\windows\system

Here's a link with help on using SFC

If you use a restore disk, the restore from location will be:
C:\windows\options\cabs instead of the CD Drive.

I've seen so many times that the MacAfee av-program interfere with other programmes in particular OE.

Enclose pls find a method to remove it ..

Mo I really didn't understand what you were saying in your reply, but I did uninstall Nortons, not just detete it,lol I learned that the hard way along time ago, But anyway I uninstalled McAfee and my email is still super slow, and now I don't have any antivirus, now what do I do?Hummmm????

You can reinstall McAfee and see how it likes your system. Or not. I don't like Mcafee, but it is your choice.

The problem often is a file I mentioned.

Use System File checker to extract a new copy of Imagehlp.dll

To C:\windows\system

If you go back and read my post again, you'll find instructions on how to do this.

If replacing the Imagehlp.dll don't work, I had to replace the Pstore Files once to solve this problem.

Hi Mo, I downloaded the antivirus last night and I love it, Good job. and thanks you so much, but my computer won't let me do what you said to do with the Imagehlp.dll. It can't find it or something , I really am not sure. Got any ideas?

Are you by any chance running MSN Messenger? This is renouned for slowing OE down.
