Browser - Firefox. When I click on some things in a browser, all windows does is it kinda 'blinks' and ignores the request.

Kinda like refreshes the screen. Sometimes I have to click two or three times.

This may be related, but it suddenly stopped seeing my mic. I tried using messenger to talk to my wife and kid in France and they couldn't hear me. I tried to set up the mic and it said there wasn't one at all.

It used to work fine, but I went in and changed some stuff and now the speakers and the mic don't work.

Related or separate? Now it shows up as 1.04 tb in "My Computer." I looked in "Disk Management" and it seems to have three partitions, two of which have no drive letters assigned. So, I just have one quick question, is that normal?

The reason I ask is because today I was messing around with dual-booting Ubuntu. I just wanted to make sure I didn't mess something up.

It doesn't have much to choose from it's either small (which looks stretchy ) and bigger which is something i don't want... any ways of editing some kind of resolution file..or get it to display correctly...? in windows 7 when I set it to 1280 x 1024 or something like that... it looks stretchy.

PC crashed, was using Windows XP and Excel 2007. PC techs installed Windows 7 and still have Excel 2007. I'm trying to install the Add-In tab with the data transfer (CWBTFXLA.XLL). Getting an error after I close out excel and open a new window. The error is saying the file is in a different format than specified by the file extension...blah blah. I go ahead and open it and it brings up a bunch of garbage in the spreadsheet. On the top line it says, "This program cannot be run in DOS mode."

1) Where's my Add-in tab?

I tried to articulate my point, but had no data to back it up. Windows XP mode isnt a full OS as in it takes a portion of your hard drive to use for registry and installation programs like VMware. Rather the virtualization portion emlulates only what is needed for that particular program to run, its not a full OS that would take up a portion of the HDD and would be picked up on a scan.

Copy the 3 most recent to a folder.
THEN, right click said folder. Left click "send to". Send to "compressed folder. That will create a .zip folder.

Return here. Use "go advanced". Manage attachments.
Browse to .zip. Upload. 1 of us will analyze them.

Fortunately for those of you reading this, i have also found the solution. I have had a wireless mouse for a while, though i rarely use it. Recently, i have begun using it again. However, i have been leaving the wireless adapter plugged into the USB port. As i looked into the device manager and explored the properties of the mouse, i found that it had the capability to wake the computer. Now that i have disabled it from waking my computer, the problem has stopped.
