Black screen & lag during explosions.
While playing both Crysis and Battlefield: Bad Company 2, an explosion near-by would cause the screen to go black.

I ran the game with Task Manager in the background and concluded that 2GB of Memory (RAM) is not enough to play these games smoothly. The graph was maxing out.

Playing at 720p on Low settings.

Thought I'd share this for those with similar problems.

You have the comp. to run it but do you have 2 gigs of ram total or 2 gigs of ram for the game?
Also which graph was maxing out, RAM or CPU?

The problem no longer occurs. Don't know why for sure.

I tested the Memory by have a bunch of programs open as I played the game: Itunes, Youtube, Live Stream Music Player, Task Manager, and Steam.

Only caused response lag, but no black screen.
