External Monitor
I have a 32 inch flat screen tv hooked up to my laptop, everything seems to work fine but when i go to play Baldurs gate on it as soon as the game comes up its like the screen moves a good 6 to 7 inches to the left and i have a black streak on the one side and i dont know how to fix it. please help?

Try changing the Screen resolution......what Operating System do you have XP, Windows 7. Vista?

windows 7 and i tried to change the resolution on my computer and it wont fix the problem, i can figure out how to get into the screan resolution on the game to change it there.

Try another game and see if it is the same or not.

did that aswell, all my other games work fine, i unistalled the game and re installed it and that dident work either, on my laptop monitor it doesent show up but on the tv it does,

There is a setting in the game menu apparently for resolution


Game Options presented to you through the Baldur's Gate menu options in the Start Menu
