Solved: Massive ingame lag
Hello.

I have recently purchased a game called Cryostasis. Thinking that it being released in 2009, I will not have issues running the game even at MAX settings. But boy was I wrong..
I loaded up the game at maximum settings ( although stopping PhysX since I have an ATI Card ) and I was greeted by massive ingame lag even while idle-ing. Restarted the game on lowest possible settings and I still have the same amount of lag.

What could be done? Or what could be the problem?

Thank you for your time.

It is the Radeon 6670. Lower the games settings and play.

Will come back with updates as soon as I try this. Thank you for the reply.

Edit: Well.. Lowering the game settings didn't help. Although I found the flaw. I was running the game on 1920x1080 with MIN settings. I lowered the resolution ot 1280x720 and it works even on high.
Don't know how. Yesterday it wouldn't make a move even on 800x600. Strange..

Thank you anyway.

Yes, you lowered the settings. Resolution is one of the most critical. Higher resolutions eat up video memory.
