What is your operating system, what kind of CPU do you have, how much RAM do you have, and what kind of video card do you have?

Here is a list I found of Graphics Cards that are required to play this game.

Currently the compatible cards are:

ATI: Radeon 8500/ Radeon 8500 LE/ Radeon 9000 Pro/ Radeon 9500/ Radeon
9500 Pro/ Radeon 9700/ Radeon 9700 Pro

Nvidia: GeForce 256/ GeForce2MX/ GeForce2 GTS/ Quadro Pro2/ GeForce3/
GeForce4 MX440/ GeForce4 TI 4200/ GeForce4 TI 4600/ GeForce4 TI 4800/
GeForce4 TI 4800SE/ GeForce4 MX 460/ GeForceMX/ GeForce4 MX 420/
GeForce4 4200 Go/ GeForce4 460 Go/ GeForce4 460 Go/ GeForce4 420 Go /
GeForce FX 5800 Ultra/ NForce/ NForce 2

It is quite likely that your Onboard Game Controller is just not powerful enough for such a new game.

You can try certain things like making sure all background applications are closed down before running the game as your Graphics Controller uses your Ram to function - however beyond that perhaps an upgrade to your setup would be the only option.

Even if you do get it running, it most likely will not run well at all. This game needs a very good system to play, especially a good video card. I would suggest putting it off until you can get a better upgrade, namely a new video card and some RAM.

Well, it depends on your motherboard, and the price range you're looking for. You can get a very good card for around $100 that will run the game, or you can get an exceptional card for around $350-$400 that will run the game with all the extra graphics features on at an insanely high resolution.

First, do you know the make and model of your motherboard, or can you at least check if it has an AGP slot? It should be brown, and probably above the PCI (white) slots.

Also, what kind of processor do you have?

It could be an overheating issue. Take the side of the case off, and stick a big fan pointing towards it, and see if you can play the level. If you can, then you might want to try adding another case fan, if not, then there's something else wrong.
