Restore CS through steam?
Before I reformatted, I saved my gamefiles, and they are compresed in a wierd format, Im wondering how to get my game back using steam

well other than finding a way to uncompress your files, there's not another way to get your files back

i cant really help you because i dont know what the situation is but what is the compression extension? (.zip, .rar, etc.)
