Shivering Isles won't patch to 1.2.0.416

I just downloaded the 1.2.0.416 patch for shivering isles. It runs ok, except that it runs very fast (considering that it's supposed to make changes to some files), it then says that patching is complete, but oblivion.exe is still has the same 1.2.0.201 version that shivering isles installed.

Can anyone help here. Can it have something to do with the fact that i installed it in a secondary hdd (meaning it's in a hdd that is different from where windows is installed)
