most of these are very nice systems, however http://www.playtech.co.nz/product.ph...detail&id=5122 is SLI.. very nice graphics wise but it is only a 2.66Ghz dual core and the RAM is low(ish)
http://www.xpcomputers.co.nz/views.asp?hw_id=2845 would be nice but if i read correctly 256mb 8800
all of these computers are nice BUT! none of them are 100% what you would be looking for (top gaming system) is a quad core processor (AMDs are just as good as Intel) with at least 4Gb RAM, SLI or Crossfire graphics, a large HD is nice but not really necessary for a gaming PC, you would also want the case to have a large PSU running dual graphics cards is hard work, and a good cooling system in the case i know you don't want to build but... 1500 can get you a VERY good PC if you build

I'd say http://www.xpcomputers.co.nz/views.asp?hw_id=2845. I have read a ton of awesome things about the Q6600, but I heard that the 9300 is able to beat it slightly on some things. The last one is good, except for the hard drive, what was it, like 80 gb, that's tiny, you would fill that up in like a month.
I am wondering about the 4gb ram though, I had 4x1gb modules and could not get them to run smoothly, so I wonder if they are 2x2gb instead, which would work way better. I'd find out if I were you, and if they are using 4x1gb, ask them what they did to get it to run, if they slowed it down to 667mhz or if they pushed the voltage up. It's inportant to know, because it may be 800mhz ram, but if it's clocked slower to run, then whats the point, and if they bumped up the voltage, depending on what they bumped it too, it could lower the lifespan of your ram and even your board.
Don't worry if the comp doesn't have everything you want, jsut make sure it's got room to upgrade down the road, so that you don't end up buying a new comp that is already maxed out. I bought a mobo with a am2 socket isntead of an +am2, which means to upgrade, and have it mean something, I got to buy a new mobo, i just didn't plan ahead, make sure you do.

Those are all good systems, but they seem a bit expensive. I think that the best way to get the most bang for your buck is to go here:

and reconfigure an ibuypower weekly special to fit your needs. You can probably get all the important things for about $1020.

I think both the cpu and the ram are possible for upgrade.

If it were me, I would go with at least a quad core, like the Q6600. I recently upgraded and went with an AMD +6400 X2 and regret it almost everytime I fire up games that utilize multi-core, same price too.
