Exclamation CPU usage 100%
When ever I use anything that calls on my graphics card it starts to jump and stutter, then my cpu usage goes to 100%!!! then the game or whatever (after a few secounds) works fine and realy smooth I know its not because of programs running in the backround because its a fresh install of xp. I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening it even happens on little flash games!! They are all new items and have just been bought, so its not because of old age.... Its realy frustrating! I wanna play my games again! Please help!!

Task Manager / Processes. Click twice on the column label CPU (so that the arrow is pointing down). What's at the top of the list?
