Used Fraps to screenshot motion blurs but the images don't have blur.
My first time gaming with lcd and i noticed everything gets blurry when i pan around the camera, so i returned that monitor(hannspree). It had other issues with the screen too don't ever get one.

So i got a LG FLATRON W1952TQ and there was a definite improvement in games but it still gets blurry when i move my view around. So opened up COD4 and took some screens with Fraps to show the motion blur separately from the still shots but when i looked at the images they weren't blurry at all.
I guess cause fraps records a still frame?

Anyways i could try to buy a samsung 953BW and see if that's better but im fed up with all this stuff with my computer so i really don't feel like it, do you think it will fair better than my current monitor? Same response time and almost same price. Which is 2ms.

Your Monitor is important...but your Video card is also very important....I take a look at the Video card first and see if you need a upgrade.
